We have created a petition that will be sent to Mr. Pittman, County Executive's office asking him to add the purchase of Whites Hall, birthplace and childhood home of Johns Hopkins, to the budget for next year. We have set a goal of 1,000+ names on the petition. If you have already added your name, THANK YOU. If we can get Anne Arundel County to purchase the property, then we would ask them to lease it to us for $1 per year. We would then raise funds to restore the house and property. Our goal is to develop a community center and park like area where will provide programming to support art, music, history, and education. Check out the various pages on the website to learn more.
