Historic Hancocks Resolution

On Sunday, the Friends of Historic Johns Hopkins House went to Historic Hancocks Resolution to take part in their Spring Festival. The event included the dedication of two new gazebos and provided tours of the buildings and grounds. Visitors enjoyed a weaving demonstration and live music at the visitor center. Our goal was to support this fellow historic site and raise some needed funds. Six historic sites had tables set up so they could introduce guests to other historic locations in Anne Arundel County. The Friends of Johns Hopkins House was well-represented, enabling us to promote our fundraising campaign. We hope to receive some donations from this event.
