Getting Signatures for our Petition at the Crofton Public Library

Our brand new nonprofit organization, Friends of Historic Johns Hopkins House, is dedicated to saving Whites Hall, the birthplace and childhood home of Johns Hopkins. Our main advocacy is focused on getting Anne Arundel County to purchase the property which is currently up for sale. We are in the midst of a mailing/emailing campaign to try to convince the County Executive to add this purchase to his 2025-2026 budget. We are also collecting signatures on a petition for the same action. We spent Saturday at the library collecting signatures.
